CORPORATE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
– Assist the Operations Manager in the management, coordination and execution of items related to marking and sales operation of the hotel
– Manage and solicit designae market for rooms sales and meeting/social functions
– Activities: telemarkteting, outside sales calls, conduct walking tours, entertaining clients, developing and soliciting new leads, presenting and preparing written proposals and contracts
- Consistently participate in the re-booking of repeat business by having a track record of long term client relationships
- Provide overall direction, coordination and ongoing evaluation of operation
- Ability to work with outside vendors to ensure client satisfaction for all events
- Perform any job related duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree preferred | 1+ years of sales and marketing leadership in similar sized operation peferred | Hotel experience preferred |Strong knowledge of the geographic market. Ability to travel throughout designated markets in a timely manner | Must possess computer skills | Knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills, as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required | Basic mathematical skills that allow for calculation of room block, average rates and forecast information | Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines | Command of the English language both written and verbal | Must be Filipino citizen
GUEST SERVICE ATTENDANT / FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
- Sell the value of the hotel to all inquiries (via telephone or in person) and strive to convert them into reservations and occupied rooms
- Process guest reservations, registrations, payments and departures
- Handle collection efforts of all in-house balances and notifies management of potential liabilities
- Balance all cash, check, credit card and city ledger accounts through verification
- Responsible for thorough understanding and effective performance of property management system
- Respond to all guest requests and follow through to assure satisfactory outcome and compliance
- Operating hotel switchboard or PBX
- Offer guest assistance when needed whenever possible
21-28 years old | At least 5’4″ in height for females, 5’7″ for males | Graduate of any 4-year course | Possess a good command of English and the ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests and fellow employees both in person and by telephone | Ability to compute basic matehematical calculations | Ability to focus on guests’ needs, remaining calm and courteous | Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow-up | Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems, exercising good judgment | Ability to stand and/or walk in prolonged periods of time | Applicants from Iloilo and Bacolod are encouraged to apply.
