I stayed there in May 2010 and the staff was very friendily and i enjoyed every minute i was there. I tell everyone who asked were i stayed and told them this was the best place to stay. i would rate the Orchard 5 stars.. thanks ladies for all the help while i stayed there.

i have sent a email a few minutes ago in regard to find out about a Quality room last time I was there with family June July found the beds to be really hard but stayed becuase it was central to our needs…I am asking for even upgrade or double matterace on and off MY STAYS will be more than I STATED in the email I SENT I shall advise as I GO ALONG …EITHER WAY for now a 3 week Business holiday I will be your guessed as I LIKED THE Friendly Staff and and Restaurant services…Mike happy to book ASAP I hear from u
I stayed at the Orchard Cebu Hotel & Suites in Mandaue City from July 7 to July 27, 2012. My experience was positive and pleasant. The staff (receptionists, security guards, housekeeping, waitresses, etc…) were helpful, polite, friendly, cheerful and most of all, professional. The only issue that I have encountered is that the walls between rooms are not soundproof. However, I noticed that the hotel was undergoing renovations, so I hope that this issue will be rectified. Not only do I recommend this hotel to others, but it will also be the place where I will be staying in the future. I give it 8.5 out of 10 as an overall rating.
